This gesture was planned as a part of the ‘gurmat’ programmes to mark the occasion scheduled by the Haryana Government on April 24.

The delegation comprised Haryana’s Sports Minister Sandeep Singh, MP Sanjay Bhatia, Dr Amit Aggrawal, Additional Principal Secretary to CM, and others.

Addressing the media, Sandeep Singh said there was a state-level programme planned on the occasion for which CM Manohar Lal Khattar would invite Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and saints too.

MP from Karnal Sanjay Bhatia said that the holy water collected from the shrine would be distributed among the ‘sangat’ who attend the programme. —
