Chandigarh cyber police have arrested a cyber criminal in a high-value fake digital arrest case. This brings the total number of accused apprehended to three. The arrested individual, Mahendra Kumar Nayak, a resident of Churu, Rajasthan, was a direct beneficiary of the Rs 15 lakh fraud.
