Fatehgarh Sahib, December 25
The three-day Shaheedi Jor Mela (December 25 to 27) held in the memory of younger Sahibzadas of Guru Gobind Singh began here today.
To mark the commencement, “Akhand Path” of Guru Granth Sahib was started at Gurdwara Jyoti Swarup Sahib, where the Sahibzadas were cremated.
DC Poonamdeep Kaur said more than 10 lakh devotees are expected to pay obeisance to the martyrs. — OC
