The three-member team constituted by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Friday started the investigation into PM Narendra Modi’s security breach here.
The MHA had formed the team on Thursday to look into the lapses that took place during the PM’s Punjab visit when his convoy was stuck on a flyover owing to road blockade by farmers.
