Chandigarh, March 1

The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Monday allowed anticipatory bail to Punjab former DGP Sumedh Singh Saini and police officer PS Umranangal in the Behbal Kalan police firing case.

They have been directed to appear before the trial court by March 8.
