Ropar, April 17
A 42-year-old Jammu resident — Pranab Mahajan — died after participating in a marathon here today.
The Super Sikh Vaisakhi Marathon was organised by the Super Sikh Foundation to promote Humanitarian Values and concept of ‘sewa’.
Mahajan completed the 21-km race in 1 hour 50 minutes. Later, he reached Virasat-e-Khalsa and fainted. He was taken to the Civil Hospital and was declared dead. —
