Chandigarh, May 7
BJP leader Tajinder Bagga on Saturday night moved the Punjab and Haryana High Court against the arrest warrant issued by a Mohali court.
The High Court has allowed urgent hearing. The matter will be heard by Justice Anoop Chitkara.
