Police have taken two more suspects Keshav and Chetan into police custody on Thursday in connection with the murder of late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Police had been searching Keshav’s house here for two days but could not find him.
His mother and sister had admitted to the police that he had not come home since May 24 and had no connection with the family at present.
Although, the arrest has been confirmed officially by the police officials, sources said he was taken into custody.
Keshav has been charged with supplying weapons to the killers and providing a vehicle used in the attack. The killers are said to have brought weapons from Amritsar.
Keshav was spotted on a CCTV along with Sandeep Kekra on May 29.
The SIT set up for the murder case is investigating the role of the arrested accused.
