One more arrested in IED seizure case
Kurukshetra, August 5
A day after the recovery of an IED from Shahabad, the Haryana Police STF, along with the Punjab Police, arrested Baljeet, alias Mikka, a resident of Kambo Dhaiwala in Tarn Taran district, and recovered 1.5-kg opium from his possession.
A case has been registered at Chohla Sahib police station under the NDPS Act. The STF said the accused were receiving drugs from cross-border handlers.
Another accused, identified as Robinpreet from Tarn Taran, was arrested by the Haryana Police STF in connection with the recovery of IED on Thursday.
