Patiala: Balwant Singh Rajoana, convicted for assassinating former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh, was taken to Government Rajindra Hospital after he complained of chest pain here on Tuesday. Balwant Singh, who has been lodged at the Patiala Central Jail, has already appealed to the PM to release all Sikh prisoners who had completed their sentence. TNS
