Chandigarh, January 25
The Congress party late Tuesday night released its second list of 23 candidates for Punjab assembly polls. With this, the party has now declared 109 candidates for the polls.
Among those who have been given tickets in the second list include ex-CM Harcharan Singh Brar’s daughter-in-law Karan Brar who has been fielded from Muktsar. Surprisingly, the party has not made the announcement for Patiala urban seat. Former CM Capt Amarinder was the candidate last time who is now contesting again on Punjab Lok Congress ticket.
