New Delhi, March 15
Congress president Sonia Gandhi has asked PCC presidents of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur to put in their resignations in order to facilitate reorganisation of party in these states, party leader Randeep Surjewala said on Tuesday.
The Congress had faced a drubbing in the five states where Assembly elections were held recently.
