In a tragic incident, Punjab singer Sidhu Moosewala was on Sunday shot dead by unknown men in Mansa.
For the murder of 27-year-old Punjab singer and Congress leader, the police have registered a case under sections of murder, attempt to murder and Arms Act.
Below are the details of the FIR of Shubhdeep Singh alias Sidhu Moosewala murder case.
Police have registered a case in Sadar police station Mansa on the statement of Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh.
In the FIR, Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh has said that many gangsters would call threats to his son ransom.
He said gangster Lawrence Bishnoi gang had sent him threats several times.
That’s why he had also kept a bulletproof Fortuner vehicle.
On Sunday, my son had left his house with two friends Gurvinder Singh and Gurpreet Singh in Thar car. And he did not take his bullet proof Fortuner car and the gunmen.
I followed him with his government gunman and went in another car.
On the way, I saw a Corolla car following my son’s car in which there were four youths.
When my son’s reached near the outside road of Jawaharke village, there was a white colored Bolero car already parked there in which four youths were sitting in it.
Soon the firing began, and the youth in the Bullero and Corolla car fled the spot.
I reached the spot and shouted for help, then the people around gathered.. I took my son and his friends both sitting in his car to the government hospital in Mansa.
However, my son Shubhdeep Singh died on way.
