Amritsar: After getting the nod from the Uttarakhand Government, the Hemkund Sahib Management Trust has announced the start of the annual yatra from September 18. Trust vice-president Narinder Jeet Singh Bindra said only 1,000 devotees would be allowed to have darshan at the gurdwara daily. The orders mandate negative test not older than 72 hours for devotees not fully vaccinated. TNS
