Chandigarh, April 30
The Punjab government has ordered the suspension of the mobile internet services (2G/3G/4G/CDMA), all SMS services and all dongle services provided on mobile networks except voice calls in the territorial jurisdiction of Patiala district from 9.30 am to 6 pm on April 30.
All telecom services providers in Punjab and head of BSNL (Punjab jurisdiction) are hereby directed to ensure compliance of the order, it was said in a state government release.
There was a clash in the city on Friday in which four people were injured.
