Morinda, December 7
Two unidentified gunmen on Wednesday fired upon Avtar Singh (58), a former sarpanch of Udhampur village, killing him on the spot.
According to eyewitnesses, Avtar Singh, had was going home after delivering milk around 7.30 am when two unidentified youth who were waiting outside his home fired upon him indiscriminately and killed him on the spot. The relatives said the deceased had no enemies.
