One of 2 deputy CMs to be from BSP in case SAD forms govt in Punjab: Sukhbir Badal

Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal on Saturday said that one of the two deputy CMs in case the SAD-BSP forms government in the state would be from the BSP.

He was addressing the party workers at Banga.

The Doaba region has a large number of Dalits who are supporters of the BSP.

The SAD has formed an alliance with the BSP in Punjab after it had broken it alliance with the BJP and walked out of the NDA government at the Centre on the farmers’ issue.
