Chandigarh, May 3
Punjab Congress delegation comprising Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee chief Raja Warring and Congress Legislative Party leader Partap Bajwa met the Punjab Governor on Tuesday evening, seeking scrapping of the knowledge-sharing agreement between the AAP-led government in Punjab and Delhi.
The Congress said the agreement is violative of the spirit of the Constitution and rules of business.
