Patiala, September 27
Citing personal reasons, Dr Manjit Singh, director, Punjab Health Systems Corporation, resigned from his post on Monday afternoon.
Dr Singh, who was given one-year extension by the state government, is, however, said to have resigned after the change of guard in the health ministry.
