Chandigarh, October 7
A delegation of SAD (Sanyukt) leaders, which was on its way to Lakhimpur Kheri, was detained
by the UP Police in Saharanpur on Thursday.
Led by Jathedar and party general secretary Ranjit Singh Talwandi, the delegation had a heated argument with cops, after which all leaders were released and allowed to travel to Lakhimpur Kheri. — TNS
