In a joint operation, Muktsar and Moga police apprehended three suspects involved in the murder of Shiv Sena leader Mangat Rai. Following an encounter, the accused sustained injuries and were hospitalized. The assailants confessed to the crime, citing harassment and extortion as their motive.
