Sidhu Moosewala shooter Priyavrat, two others taken on 3-day police remand in stolen Alto case

Priyavrat ‘Fauji’, main shooter in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case, shooter Kashish alias Kuldeep, and Deepak Tinu were on Tuesday produced in Mansa court and were sent in police remand till July 29.

The three accused were brought from Gobindwal Sahib Jail late in the evening and after undergoing medical examination at Civil Hospital, Mansa, they were produced in the court.

A senior officer of Mansa police told the media that the trio was brought from jail in connection with the theft an Alto car near Khara Barnala village of Mansa district after the murder of Sidhu Moosewala. The car was stolen from one Jagtar Singh, who was travelling with his family.

According to information, it has been revealed that in the case of the stolen Alto car identification of these three is to be done from owner of Alto car. A separate FIR has been registered in connection with the car theft.

It may be mentioned that the three were sent to judicial custody by the Mansa court on July 17, along with a fourth youth, Keshav of Bathinda, who was no longer needed by the police in the car theft case.

They were sent to Gobindwal jail from Mansa district jail on the same day, but today these three were taken on police remand.
