Sidhu Moosewala was to get married in April, but postponed wedding to November after losing Punjab Assembly elections

A throwback video from singer Afsana Khan’s wedding has surfaced on social media where Sidhu Moosewala can be seen posing with the bride and having a good time.

In the video, Sidhu is also heard singing at the function.

Emotional fans wrote: “Sidhu always memorable”, “Legend Really Never Dies..ЁЯТптЭдя╕П”, “Life is too uncertain”.

In fact the singer-turned ndash;politician too was to get married in November, but fate had something else in store for him.

As per a report of IndiaToday, Moosewala was going to tie the knot in April, but after losing the Punjab Assembly elections in March this year, the wedding was postponed to November.

According to Moosewala’s family, he was to get married to Amandeep Kaur. Amandeep belongs to Sangreddy village and is a Canadian PR. The report said that the decided to get married two years ago.

Sidhu’s mother Charan Kaur had also confirmed the news of his marriage, saying that the singer would get married after the assembly election in Punjab and that the wedding preparations had begun.

Sidhu was shot dead on May 29, a day after the Punjab government curtailed his security cover. He was among 424 others whose security was pruned. His death came as shocking news for the country.
