Responding to the statement made by Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa in the Maur blast case, the AAP today asked the minister to spell out the action he was taking in this regard.
AAP senior leader Harpal Singh Cheema alleged the Maur blast during the 2017 Assembly elections was a conspiracy to defame AAP. He said Randhawa, who is also the Home Minister, was accusing former Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh of not taking any action in the case, but everyone knew that he was in the Cabinet and close to Captain. “Why didn’t he talk about it then?” he asked.
Cheema said the Home Minister must tell in how many days all culprits would be punished by conducting a fair investigation. — TNS
