Chandigarh, May 6
In fresh development in the Tajinder Bagga arrest case, Justice Lalit Batra is hearing Punjab’s plea in the matter. Puneet Bali, senior advocate, is appearing for the state of Punjab. Punjab Advocate General Anmol Rattan Singh Sidhu said Bagga had moved the High Court following the registration of the case, but he has not been provided with any relief. The state of Haryana will make its submission shortly.
