Two women from the non-state civil services — Baldeep Kaur (Excise Department) and Senu Duggal (Public Relations Department) — have been selected in the elite Indian Administrative Service (IAS). They were interviewed by the UPSC in December, and the notification for their selection was issued today. — TNS
