Moga, June 28
A 42-year-old watchman of the canter union was allegedly beaten to death here, the police said on Tuesday.
Lakshman Singh, a resident of Nathuwala Jadid village, was allegedly assaulted with a stick by Kulwant Singh Gill, alias Lambu, of Kothe Patti over a personal dispute. The victim was taken to the district hospital, from where he was referred to Faridkot, where he succumbed to injuries.
