Jalandhar, February 3
To keep protesting farmers motivated, the Punjab Wrestling Association plans to organise competitions at the Singhu border this month.
The organisers said several national and international wrestlers would be joining the event.
Association president Kartar Singh Pehelwan said: “Along with farmers, youngsters can also be seen protesting. So, it is important to keep them upbeat, which is why we have decided to organise such events.”
The association would also honour the family of those whose members lost their lives during the stir. — TNS
